I think it would be great to release the TechNet website as an Android and iOS app. That way it can be used more like WhatsApp for instant communication, particularly for groups. I would find this very useful.

I also think having "moderated discussions" on the forum, AKA deep-dive discussions (DDDs?) where the experts are brought together to debate hot topics, is another good idea. 

As for issues in immunization that keep me awake, there are many (unfortunately)! I'd start with:

• Vaccination in emergency situations, for example the current Ebola outbreak in DRC and during the April 2015 earthquake in Nepal. What is best practice around this, what are the experiences of members?
• The new release of the Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) tool to assess immunization supply chains - what is going on with this and when will it be released for countries to evaluate?
• New cold chain technologies, for example the new freeze-preventive vaccine carrier that has just been prequalified by WHO PQS. How tangible are the benefits, are there any drawbacks?
• Gavi's cold chain equipment optimization platform (CCEOP) - how is this much-heralded project progressing, what are country experiences?
• Remote temperature monitoring of cold chain equipment - a red hot topic right now with many innovations on the horizon
• Conducting a cold room temperature mapping study - how, why, who, when?
• Vaccine hesitancy - is this really a growing trend? If so, how can such a worrying development be addressed?
• Barcodes - why are they still around the corner? Why is their use not more widespead on vaccine products and equipment?
• New WHO and UNICEF publications - I often feel these are not as widely publicised and read as they could be. I'd like to see these discussed/dissected further on the forum.

But this is not much more than a random list. I'd be interested to hear what others think :-)
