SUMMARY:World Immunization Week 2019
DESCRIPTION:This year's World Immunization Week (WIW) campaign continues to focus on the theme “Protected Together #Vaccines Work” and celebrate Vaccine champions from around the world who help ensure we are all protected, at all ages, through the power of vaccines. \n\nThese are the real everyday heroes: health workers including community health workers, logisticians, children, community influencers, parents and advocates, scientists, local media, who are going above and beyond to encourage vaccination. Their stories will be shared via social media and through digital storytelling. \n\nFor suggestions on how you can support the movement and help spread the WIW messages, check out the starter toolkit at: \nwww.who.int/docs/default-source/documents/world-immunization-week-starter-toolkit-2019.pdf?sfvrsn=4a3070ba_2 \n\nPosters, message templates and quote cards templates are also available on the campaign website at:\nhttps://www.who.int/campaigns/world-immunization-week/world-immunization-week-2019/campaign-materials \n\nThe posters can also be arranged side by side to show the interconnections.\n\nCurrently the materials are only in English and we'll add the materials in the other 5 languages as they become available. Other materials to be developed include social media assets like infographics and GIFs.\n\nThanks for your support.\n\n\n
