Dear Editor,
UNICEF, in collaboration with WHO and PATH, took a country-wide extensive evaluation of Cold Chain and Vaccine Management in Uganda in 2007. I happened to be the Team Leader for the project. I take the opportunity to attach the report and request you to share it with all TechNet21 members.
The findings give an insight of field-level and operational-level situation, which is very much relevant to any developing country and could be a discussion point in the forthcoming TechNet21 meet.

This is a very comprehensive study of the cold chain in Uganda. I recommend it. Does anyone in Uganda have any comments about it? Particularly, comments on how the findings and recommendations have been implemented?
