A child had a 1st dose of Pentavalent vaccine at 6 weeks, a 2nd dose at 18 Weeks and a 3rd dose at 30 weeks. Is this a valid or invalid dose?

Yes, these are valid doses when you consider only the time of administration.
1st the minimum age of 6 weeks and then the interval between 1st and 2nd and 2nd and 3rd doses of >28 days. There is no maximum interval and the doses are valid.
The child also received the doses within one year of age.
However, the facility providing the service has to review its messages during vaccination. Why the child came very late for both 2nd and 3rd doses?
What was the message from the vaccinator during 1st and 2nd doses and even during the 3rd dose? because there is a risk of missing measles dose at 9 months of age.
thanks,

All doses are valid. You can see a summary of WHO guidance on schedules here: https://www.who.int/immunization/policy/immunization_tables/en/
