UNICEF is seeking to develop country case studies on implementation of HR strengthening/capacity development initiatives in public health supply chain management to add to a suite of evidence on how countries are practically addressing HR issues using both traditional and innovative approaches including what works well, what does not work well and lessons learned. The case study can be around any area of SC leadership, human resources and capacity development including but not limited to: HR planning (HR policy, organization, recruitment), HR management (job descriptions, working conditions, supportive supervision, staff performance monitoring), HR development (competency levels, training, career development).
