POST 00674E : HepB VACCINE DOSES INTERVAL 16 May 2004 _______________________________ Vladimir Petrovic (mailto:[email protected]) from Serbia & Montenegro has a question on dose intervals for HepB vaccine. As replies could interest other members, please copy to TechNet21. ___________________________ Dear colleagues, I would like to hear your opinion on minimum and maximum intervals between doses of Hepatitis B vaccine for immunization of infants and adults. I am especially interested in maximum interval between 2nd and 3rd dose of Hepatitis B vaccine in routine schedule for infants born to HBsAg negative mothers. What if the interval is longer than 2 years? Do we need to start again? Have you had experiences with individuals having this demands (health workers)?
