Strategies for engaging youth in supply chain management careers

People that Deliver and Pam Steele Associates have joined forces to produce Strategies for engaging youth in supply chain management (SCM) careers and the accompanying Work-based learning (WBL) toolkit.

The toolkit offers practical steps for engaging youth, particularly NEET individuals, in WBL activities. It aims to build the skills and confidence needed for successful careers in SCM by exposing participants to real world challenges within the sector.
