Hello, I am a bit curious of exactly what you mean by telehealth in your post. Several immunization apps exist, from proprietory ones to those developed by ministries of health. One from Chile was featured in the Global Immunization Newsletter (Nov 2014?), see also the post in TechNet: https://www.technet-21.org/en/forums/discussions/immunization-app-from-chile
