Basically, it reports on a study of the (potential) extent of damage from fake, adulterated or expired vaccines.  My question is more specifically whether someone has studied similar effects of losses in the WHO-EPI suite of vaccines due to supply chain problems (e.g., lack of temperature control, mistimed deliveries, wastage, etc.), and if there has been any research into systematic interventions that could mitigate these effects.
