Preventive Maintenance of Cold Chain Equipment

Good day,

We are looking for free or WHO-supported tools to manage preventive maintenance (PM) for vaccine cold chain equipment. Our goals are:

• Schedule routine maintenance for refrigerators, cold rooms, and freezers

• Track asset inventory and maintenance history

• Align documentation with WHO Vaccine Management Handbook guidance

• Optional integration with temperature monitoring / alarms

We are aware of WHO checklists and templates but would like to know:

1. Recommended software or platforms (free or WHO-endorsed)

2. Successful experiences using CMMS, spreadsheets, or open-source tools for vaccine PM

3. Best practices in integrating WHO tools with digital tracking
