Survey Invitation (5 minutes): Urban Immunization Toolkit

Dear Immunization stakeholder, 

UNICEF and partners, through the Urban Immunization Working Group, are planning to update the Urban Immunization Toolkit and would love your feedback through this 5-minute survey. Findings from this survey will document strengths and areas that could be improved.

Your participation is useful to us, even if you are not familiar with the toolkit. We will disseminate findings from the survey and provide opportunity for further collaboration as part of our work to update the Urban Immunization Toolkit. Thank you for your participation.
