The Vaccination Demand Hub is excited to announce an upcoming webinar on rethinking immunization service delivery through an SBC lens. While immunization barriers are often viewed strictly through a health systems lens, many service delivery challenges—like poor patient experiences, confusing referral processes and even, yes, vaccine cold chain—are fundamentally driven by human behavior. SBC offers critical tools that extend far beyond demand generation and communication. In this webinar, we will examine how behavioral and social science can inform system design, reduce friction for both service users and health workers, and ultimately build more effective, people-centered immunization programs.
This session will feature a presentation from Sohail Agha, Wendy Prosser, and Ifeanyi Nsofor on: Designing for the technician: behavioral drivers of an effective cold chain maintenance system.
Kindly register here to receive the zoom link to attend this webinar. We welcome you to join our Demand Hub community here on TechNet.
We hope you will join us for this exciting session, where we reimagine immunization service delivery through a behavioral science lens.
