In early 2019, the AIRA Board of Directors met in-person and began the process of updating the AIRA strategic vision and plan for 2020-2024. The purpose of a strategic plan is to set the overall goals of the association and create a plan for achieving those goals. AIRA is excited to share the finalized version of the 2020-2024 strategic plan with its members, supporting members, and other partners.
An overview of the strategic plan will be presented during the AIRA Members & Partners meeting on Monday, January 27 at 2 p.m. ET. Attached is an agenda for Monday’s meeting. As a reminder, a webinar component has been added to these meetings and the webinar information, along with dialing information, is included below. Recordings of past meetings can be found in the AIRA repository.
