INFORMATION REQUESTED
NYC would like to know if other jurisdictions have an electronic VFC enrollment process OR a dual electronic IIS and VFC enrollment process. If your jurisdiction does have an electronic enrollment process and would be open to providing a demonstration of your system please reply directly to this email.
