Immunization Supply Chains: Creating a Better Design
We are working to improve immunization supply chains using a systems design approach to consider how different parts of the supply chain interact and how changes in one component can affect the whole system. In collaboration with Ministries of Health in Sierra Leone, Madagascar, Guinea, and Niger, we engaged stakeholders to model different scenarios for improving the design of immunization supply chains.
