CHILD profile: an immunization registry and more--a new approach to tracking and surveillance. Children's Health- Immunization- Linkages and Development.

This document briefly describes Washington State\'s CHILD Profile Immunization Tracking System, a

centralized computer system accessible to all vaccine

providers in the project area. The ultimate goal of

CHILD Profile was to establish electronic linkages

among health, educational and social service providers

in the area, to enhance the quality and coordination of

care for children and their families.
