From Forecasts to Continuous Improvement: How Nigeria Strengthened Immunization Forecasting and Supply Planning Through Early Adoption of the IFSP Toolbox Recommendations
As an early adopter of the IFSP Toolbox, Nigeria used its implementation not only to strengthen national forecasting practices but also to demonstrate how the toolbox could be integrated into existing programme structures. This case story describe how Nigeria proceeded and the strategy they implemented to ensure successful adoption of Toolbox’s best practices.
