The manual is intended for use by national Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) managers and their staff; by staff at the World Health Organization (WHO) Headquarters and in WHO regional offices who provide technical support to national EPI programmes; and by other persons concerned with the accuracy of targetpopulation estimates, nationally, regionally, and/or globally.
