Gap Analyses of PCV Vaccine Impact Evaluations in Settings of Routine Use

The global analysis, entitled Gap Analyses of PCV Impact Evaluations in Settings of Routine Use, is the output of an IVAC-maintained database of completed and ongoing vaccine impact studies for these two critical vaccines. The report describes and evaluates the availability of PCV impact evidence by country, vaccine product, schedule, and outcomes assessed. These “gap analyses” are useful for shaping the research agenda on vaccine impact, and helping a variety of stakeholders understand the state and breadth of current data generation efforts for pneumococcal conjugate vaccines.
