Guide for clinical case management and infection prevention and control during a measles outbreak

This document outlines practical clinical care interventions and infection prevention and control measures required to reduce the high levels of morbidity and mortality that can occur during measles outbreaks. This guidance is targeted for use by front-line clinicians and health care workers, in any health setting, who care for patients with clinically suspected or confirmed measles. This document will also aid policy-makers and hospital managers to ensure policies are in place to safely provide necessary life-saving interventions to measles patients.
