This FAQ is based on WHO’s 2025 PCV Position Paper and the SAGE guidance on the 1p+1 schedule that became available after the SAGE meeting of March 2025. While the 1p+1 schedule is not yet labeled in PCV product licenses, this off-label use may be justified based on national conditions and expert recommendations.
