PQS Target Product Profile for SDD water-pack freezers (E003/TPP03.1)

The purpose of this preliminary Target Product Profile (TPP) is to propose the scope of a new WHO Performance, quality, Safety (PQS) category for solar direct-drive (SDD) water-pack freezers and to initiate a consultation process with industry which will lead to a PQS performance specification and verification protocol.
