Procurement of vaccines for public-sector programmes

This manual is mainly directed to the purchase of vaccines by countries that have established, through approapriate legislation, a national regulatory authority (NRA) with competency for vaccines. Advice also isprovided to countries that have not yet established such a regulatory authority on what steps thy should take to acquire the necessary vaccines.
