Technet Conference Report: 1999

The 1999 Technet consultative meeting was held in Harare, Zimbabwe, from 6 to 10 December 1999. Approximately 80 participants attended, representing global organizations, nongovernmental organizations, industry, academic institutions, consulting groups and individuals. This report summarises the discussion.
