NLWG Tool 02: Membership form

The Membership form is used to identify members’ contribution to the NLWG. It is helpful to the Chair person and secretariat to identify possible expertise which can be utilized by the Group. The membership form enables establishing specific profile of for each member and what can be provided by members in terms of areas of expertise and which assignments would best fit.
