For countries using NIS.Cost, UNICEF’s platform for National Immunization Strategy costing and budgeting, this module provides a bridge between NIS.Cost and CashPoP. It allows countries to retain the NIS as the anchoring strategy and budget while using CashPoP to undertake prioritization, optimization and scenario analysis.

The module contains two resources:

• NIS - CashPoP Converter Note: Explains the purpose of the bridge and how to use it.
• NIS.Cost to CashPoP Converter Template: Transfers the activity list from NIS.Cost into the CashPoP Combined Workbook and maps the prioritization results back into the NIS.Cost structure.

The NIS.Cost Bridging Module is an optional component of the Gavi 6.0 Cash Prioritization (CashPoP) Toolkit.
