Here is something we rarely say out loud in our sector.
Every time we pull a pharmacist or a logistician out of their facility for a classroom training, the pharmacy or the supply chain behind them doesn't pause. The stockouts don't wait. The cold chain doesn't care about the workshop schedule.

We have designed capacity building initiatives around the convenience of delivery, and not around how professionals actually learn, or what their absence costs.

Adult learning research is UNAMBIGUOUS: without reinforcement, up to 80% of what's covered in a single intensive session fade within a week. We have known this for years. We have kept filling rooms anyway.

Microlearning changes the equation
One concept. Under two minutes. Daily. Delivered at the desk, not away from it. And when you layer game-based design on top, streaks, leaderboards, speed challenges, real stakes for guessing wrong, that can make the learning sticks because the engagement is intrinsic, not mandated.

This is why Bee Skilled, in partnership with SAPICS and CMCOMMS, has built the Term of the Day Challenge, to pilot how Micro Learning can be integrated with Game Design to reinforce learning bit by bit. Today, we are launching this GAME for FREE for the entire public health logisticians community.

Every day for the next 30 days, at midnight, a new health supply chain term will go live. Players will get three attempts daily to uncover it, guided by progressive hints. A speed timer rewards for fast recall, a leaderboard that rewards consistency, and whether you solve it in seven seconds or lose on the third attempt: the full definition, context, and real-world application appear immediately so that you learn about that term properly!

You come for the puzzle. You leave with the concept.
Thirty days. Thirty terms. A daily habit that builds genuine supply chain fluency for anyone - whether you are a novice or an expert in the sector. Come enjoy, collaborate, compete and go away with rewards!

We are also thankful to IAPHL, especially the Ethiopia chapter led by Biniam and Fantaye for the inspiration behind this first game!
