Is there updated guideline for Thermostability of vaccines

Even the 2006 version is significantly outdated by now.  Unfortunately, this is an area of work that has been deprioritized by WHO/IVB in recent years and so there are no plans to develop anything similar based on more recent data and new product development.  I'm not sure what your precise interest is, but you might want to consult the following:

1) Guidelines on the stability evaluation of vaccines for use under extended controlled temperature conditions, Annex 5, TRS No 999

2) Generic Preferred ProductProfile for Vaccines - Recommendations

2) WHO/IVB wepages on immunization programme strategies to leverage vaccine thermostability / the Controlled Temperature Chain (CTC)
