One of the interventions required in routine immunization is effective regular universal monitoring and evaluation of Routine Immunization (RI) sessions blended with supportive supervision. Often, this is done through NGOs if financial support is available. To enhance capacity building of grassroots-level service providers, I developed a one-pager tool for incorporation into the RI Micro-plan booklet itself and for display at the session site as a ready reckoner for self-monitoring to improve the quality of services at delivery point.
