Dear ISC Practitioners,

We are pleased to invite you to a collaborative webinar hosted by the Supply Chain Strengthening Centre (SCSC), UNICEF SD, and the Vaccine and Cold Chain Management (VCCM) team, UNICEF Programme Group, in partnership with Gavi.

This session will bring together colleagues from UNICEF Country Offices, Regional Offices, and partner organizations to explore Gavi’s holistic approach to supply chain digitalization and data visibility and use, with a focus on supporting national government systems.

This year’s webinar will provide participants with a consolidated overview of the latest guidance and resources supporting national supply chain digitalization efforts. The session will introduce UNICEF’s new Agora training on supply chain digitalization, highlight TRVST’s role in traceability and verification, present PG’s work on immunization data use and visibility through Thrive 360, and share Gavi 6.0 updates related to country grants and digital transformation. These elements together will offer practical perspectives and strategic direction for colleagues engaging with governments and partners at country and regional levels.

·       Supply Chain Digitalization Overview – Agora course introduction (Taeksoo Kim) (10–15 minutes)

·       TRVST (Traceability and Verification System) (Max Kabalisa) (15–20 minutes)

·       Immunization Supply Chain Data Use and Visibility (Zabihullah Kamran) (15–20 minutes)

·       Gavi 6.0 and Supply Chain Digitalization (Sachin Jagtap) (15 minutes)

• Q&A and open discussion (20–30 minutes)
