The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical leadership and coordination to the NDoH in developing PNG’s first National Strategic Plan for Viral Hepatitis (2027–2032) that is evidence-based, context-specific, aligned with WHO normative guidance and national health strategies, inclusive of all key stakeholders, and costed and implementable.
