Immunization vs non-immunization (vaccines vs medicines) expenditure for LMICs

Hi all, 

I'm putting together a case for our organization to prioritze support for the immunisation supply chain vertical as I feel it's an area that we could make a significant contribution towards in terms of saving costs and reducing wastage. 

I'm planning to break the case into 2 parts: 

• Financial (pure $ savings)
• Health Impact (the proportional benefits of preventing vaccine wastage vs other medicine wastage)

Ideally I would reference the magnitude of the immunization vs the non-immunization supply chains by comparing government / donor expenditure on vaccines vs other medicines. 

However I've struggled to locate this kind of data. 

Would anyone be able to assist me?

Even an example of a specific LMIC would be very helpful.
