Dear TechNet members;
As part of our efforts to build a global understanding of the risks of
freezing in the vaccine cold chain, PATH is gathering information
describing occurrences of sub-zero temperatures in vaccine cold chains
worldwide. We hope to compile and disseminate the information in a way
that will help program planners better understand the frequency and risks
of freezing of freeze-sensitive vaccines. We have collected all the
published studies we can find and are now looking for studies,
assessments, and information from unpublished sources. If you have access
to any studies or observations that document unexpected freezing
temperatures in vaccine cold chains, we'd appreciate it if you could send
