Annual Partners Meeting 2021

Dear partners and colleagues,

The EYE Partnership would like to remind you of the upcoming Annual Partners' Meeting starting tomorrow - 25th to 27th October 2021 between 15:00 and 18:30 Central European Summer Time.

Thanks to those of you who have responded to the invite and registered for the event. If you have not yet registered, you must complete your details by clicking here.

For those that are already registered, you must download the conference app to fully participate in this year's meeting. Although the meeting itself will be held on Zoom, we will be using the app to enable chat amongst the participants and to submit questions to the speakers.

You can download the app via Google or Apple. Or if you don't want to download an app, you can use the web-based version, which is accessible here.

Instructions on how to use app

Once you have downloaded the Cvent Events app, you will be asked to search for an event. You can use '5th EYE Strategy Annual Partners Meeting 2021' or the event code '5KNJSJQP69D'.

Click on the down arrow and our event will pop up. We have added you automatically to all the sessions, so the 'Chat' and 'Live Q&A' functions will automatically pop up on your home screen when each session starts. If there are any issues on the day, you will be able to send a message to the EYE team via the Zoom chat or to Cette adresse e-mail est protégée contre les robots spammeurs. Vous devez activer le JavaScript pour la visualiser. and we will endeavour to help you. We strongly advise you to download the app in plenty of time before the meeting, so if there are any issues we can address them before the meeting starts. 

Using the apps Live Q&A means you will be able to see all the questions asked by others and vote for them, if it is a question you would also like to ask.

We will also be using the app for polling during some of the presentations.
