INFORMATION REQUESTED
We are looking for information from the IIS community regarding provider organization level report cards/data quality reports. If your jurisdiction emails or posts provider organization report cards for data quality, what length of time does the report card reflect (ie, of all time, annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly etc…)?
Responses to this Information Request will be summarized and posted in the AIRA repository, and can be found by using the “Information Requests” filter. Information Requests are viewable only by individual members and individuals affiliated with member and partner organizations. Log in to view these valuable resources.
