A new version of the EVM Locations app has just been released. This releases includes changes to the following questionnaire sections:

L2 - For assigned questionnaires, some questions will be pre-filled.
L3 - For assigned questionnaires, this section will be pre-filled (non-editable). For standalone questionnaires, the assessor can enter the immunization schedule by selecting PQS vaccines from the EVM vaccines database. (Note: you can't yet add non-PQS vaccines.)
L4 - For assigned questionnaires, this section will be pre-filled (editable). For standalone questionnaires, the section will NOT be pre-filled but in Q95 parameters can only be provided for vaccines specified in L3.
L5 - For assigned questionnaires, this section will be pre-filled (non-editable). For standalone questionnaires, there is no change from the previous version.

Also, we have changed the way that single-choice questions are displayed. Instead of showing all the options, you now need to click the selection box to view a list of options.

Please give it a go and share your feedback here. We recommend that you uninstall any earlier version you have before installing this new release.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE VERSION WE WILL USE IN BHUTAN UNLESS A MAJOR BUG CROPS UP!

Regards,

Dan

After we finished the Beta testing and during reviewing the dashboard (criteria and category scores) I'm faced a difficulties to interpret the results and how we determined the "Areas to Improve" regarding each criteria. I think because each criteria and category collect its' scores from different L.s, not from a specific section just like EVM 1.0.
So, How we are know exactly the weakness points needs to improve in EVM 2.0 for each criteria per se?

I have created this group in order to share technical information relating to the release of EVMA2 over the coming months, including the essential testing that is currently taking place. I will also be using this to provide updates on new releases, new features, and overall progress. Please feel free to ask questions and share resources here. Sonia and I are here to help resolve any problems you have.

If you do have a question or issue you want to share, please use "Create New Discussion" rather than post something in the Status bar. If you create a discussion it creates a record of that discussion that can be easily found by others; whereas if you update the Status bar it will get lost as soon as the next person makes a status update. You can find the "Discussions" area under More ▼ in the group menu bar. For example, new discussions might be:

- What is included in the next app release and when will it be released?
- How can I test the administration component of EVMA2?
- How to bypass the site selection tool?
- How does merge questionnaire work?
- Will I be able to compare EVM 2 assessment scores with EVM 1 assessment scores?
- Minimum requirements for tablet needed to run the EVM Locations app
- etc.

The group has other capabilities, such as sharing photos, videos, and events.

This is a private group, which means anyone requesting to join must first be approved by the group administrator (me). At present, I am restricting membership only to those involved in the beta testing in Jordan, Bhutan and Iraq, as well as the WHO-UNICEF Core Technical Team (CTT) who are responsible for finalising the questionnaire. We may open this up in future. If you would like someone else to join, please make sure they have a TechNet account and then ask then to request to join the group (or let me know and I will add them manually).

If you feel you are getting too many email notifications from this group, you can easily reduce/disable all group email notifications. But as I don't want you to do this, I will let you figure out how yourself ;-)

Please also let me know if you have any feedback on how to improve this group.

All the best,

Dan
