The ICSPS Supply Plan Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) provide a structured approach to monitoring and improving supply chain efficiency at the country level. By tracking these essential indicators, such as Forecast Supply Plan (FSP) reviews, forecast accuracy, supply plan alignment, and actions taken following recommendations from FSP reviews, countries, through their National Logistics Working Groups (NLWGs), can proactively identify gaps, make data-driven decisions, and enhance overall vaccine availability.
