Given the socioeconomic challenges many countries face and the issues surrounding healthcare access and utilization, it is vital to focus on the zero-dose component. This is based on the understanding that numerous children worldwide have not received any vaccine doses, even in unexpected areas. This situation is tied to cultural values and underscores the need to enhance community-based health education and implement targeted childhood vaccination strategies tailored to each context.
