Every year, millions of children miss out on life-saving immunization. Gavi 6.0 Immunisation Supply Chain (iSC) Strategy is our bold effort yet to close this gap - leveraging digital innovation, country leadership, and integrated supply chains to reach every child, everywhere.
Building on lessons from Gavi 5.0, the strategy leverages a differentiated approach to address persistent barriers and catalyse country-led progress, with emphasis on integrated, responsive, and sustainable supply chains that support routine immunisation and reach zero-dose and under-immunised communities.
The iSC 6.0 Theory of Change serves as a comprehensive roadmap for transforming immunisation supply chains. It outlines the logical sequence of actions and enabling conditions required to overcome systemic challenges, prioritise strategic investments and achieve the long-term impact goals of the strategy.
