Every year, millions of children miss out on life-saving immunization. Gavi 6.0 Immunisation Supply Chain (iSC) Strategy is our bold effort yet to close this gap - leveraging digital innovation, country leadership, and integrated supply chains to reach every child, everywhere.
Building on lessons from Gavi 5.0, the strategy leverages a differentiated approach to address persistent barriers and catalyse country-led progress, with emphasis on integrated, responsive, and sustainable supply chains that support routine immunisation and reach zero-dose and under-immunised communities.
This strategy paper provides a comprehensive overview of the Gavi 6.0 Immunisation Supply Chain (iSC) Strategy, setting out its vision, theory of change, and impact goals; explaining the core enablers and cross-cutting principles that underpin country-led implementation; and detailing the five strategic investment priorities and differentiated approaches that will guide planning, financing, optimisation, workforce development, and monitoring across diverse country contexts.
