Guidance for Supply Status Review Meetings
Routine supply status review is a process that involves the active observation and adjustment to the implementation of supply plans to proactively identify, mitigate, and prevent understocking or overstocking, ensuring continuous vaccine supply. Routinely monitoring and reviewing inventory, consumption, and shipments, comparing the actual demand and supply to those planned, will generate a deeper understanding of the supply chain performance. The exercise creates an opportunity for discussions that will improve data reporting and quality, and thereby future forecasting and supply planning performance.
