MCV Health Facility Costing Tool (Zambia)
This tool helps EPI teams systematically collect facility-level cost and operational data for routine and outreach immunization services, including cold chain, transport, staffing, consumables, and waste management. By documenting how immunization services are delivered—and the resources required—countries can use the results to identify cost drivers, assess system constraints, and inform planning decisions such as service delivery optimization, cold chain investments, or vaccine presentation changes (e.g., MCV vial size transitions).
