Measles Programmatic Risk Assessment Tool
This Excel-based WHO tool supports annual assessment of subnational measles programmatic risk across four domains: population immunity, surveillance quality, program performance, and threat assessment. It uses routinely collected immunization and surveillance data to categorize risk and identify priority areas for action. Results are presented in tables and maps to support planning, monitoring, and targeting of measles elimination strategies. The tool should be used alongside the user guide and reporting templates provided in the English and French tool packages.
