AIRA’s Evaluation Survey
This Friday is the last day to take AIRA’s evaluation survey. This essential survey collects information that drives the resources, initiatives, and educational offerings AIRA provides. This survey assesses YOUR needs to help us better serve YOU!
Please have as many staff as possible with an IIS, immunization, or programmatic role complete this survey. We benefit from having multiple responses from the same awardee/organization/company.
This survey should take approximately 15 minutes, and we ask that you take it by day’s end on Friday, October 23.

AAP’s Visiting Immunization Expert Initiative
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is launching a second round of its Visiting Immunization Expert Initiative. The initiative supports pediatricians, other primary care physicians, and all practice staff in making strong recommendations for human papillomavirus (HPV) and pediatric influenza vaccination. This initiative is designed to connect immunization experts to organizations around the country that may not have or have limited access to this expertise.
The Visiting Immunization Expert Initiative will provide support for an immunization expert to virtually present educational webinar(s) to your organization. The visiting immunization expert will address immunization-related topics chosen by your organization that best fit your needs. Stipends for the visiting immunization experts are funded by AAP. Applications are open to AAP chapters, health departments, immunization coalitions, health care systems, and organizations with limited access to this expertise. Priority will be given to applications supporting pediatricians, other primary care physicians, and practice staff in rural and underserved areas. Find the application here.
