We are all navigating uncharted territory, but we are still planning to make this year’s National Meeting as useful and accessible as ever! Call for Content and Opportunities to Lead Group Discussions – OPEN!
Deadline: Sunday, May 16, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. ET
In lieu of a formal Call for Abstracts, we’ve opened a less formal Call for Content. This Call for Content is less rigorous than previous years. Please review the Call for Content flyer and submit your presentation ideas or interest in leading a group discussion. All content must be submitted online.

Early Bird Registration Deadline: June 30, 2021
Register today to attend the 2021 AIRA National Meeting in person or virtually! Key contacts for AIRA members received a separate email with a discount code to register at the member rate. Visit airanationalmeeting.org to learn more about registration rates and deadlines. If you need to change your registration type (in-person or virtual), we’ll accommodate changes that are pandemic-related as they arise.
Hotel Reservations – OPEN!
Discounted Rate Deadline: July 9, 2021 (or until the block of rooms is full)
To reserve a hotel room, go to the hotel info page on the National Meeting website. Even if you’re not sure whether you’ll be able to attend the meeting in person or not, we recommend you reserve a room now. You can cancel your room reservation 24 hours prior to check-in and will not be charged a cancellation fee. We look forward to seeing you in Portland!
