Information Request and a Tableau User Group Opportunity

Hello,

This email contains an information request and an opportunity to participate in a Tableau user group.

Information Request

Please see the following information request from New Hampshire. If you are willing to share information, please reply to this email and include your contact information for follow-up.

INFORMATION REQUESTED

  • For providers that offer the publicly funded vaccine to both children and adults (e.g., family practice), do you use the same VFC PIN for both, or do you have a separate PIN for VFC and separate PIN for the VFA/adult vaccination program?
  • If using a single PIN for both child and adult publicly supplied vaccine, what mechanisms/processes are you using to differentiate funding split differences on child versus adult orders? Are you managing the funding split in the IIS or VTrcks?
  • If using separate PINs for children and adult vaccine/orders within a single practice, how are your facilities/HL7 interfaces being configured to facilitate separate reporting of children and adult records? Was there an added cost to providers for their electronic health record vendors to architect this sort of solution?

Responses to this information request will be summarized and posted in the AIRA repository, and can be found by using the “Information Requests” filter. Information requests are viewable only by individual members and individuals affiliated with member and partner organizations. Log in to view these valuable resources. Are You Using Tableau?

Are you a current Tableau user? Do you want to expand your skill set? Or are you interested in learning Tableau to visualize and communicate your IIS data more effectively?

In the next few months, AIRA will kick off a Tableau user group. To make it worthwhile and beneficial, we want to ask you five quick questions. These will help us gain a better understanding of your status regarding IIS data visualization.

If you currently use Tableau or want to become a user, please take 30 seconds (yes, it’s really that short!) to let us know you are interested. Click here to access the survey, or email Courtnay Londo for details.

Thank you,
