Hello,
Patient deduplication is one of the six Data Quality Content Areas that will eventually be measured as part of AIRA’s Measurement and Improvement (M&I) Initiative. This email is a reminder that AIRA and the Measurement for Assessment and Certification Advisory Workgroup (MACAW) are conducting an IIS community survey to support this new content area. The purpose of this survey is to collect information that will inform a considerations document. The considerations document will provide insight to best move the Patient Deduplication Content Area into the first M&I Stage of Testing & Discovery. If you haven't already taken it, the survey can be found here.
We know this is an extremely busy time for you all, and your feedback is greatly appreciated! We are requesting responses by end of day on Monday, April 26, 2021. This survey should take approximately four minutes to complete.
Please note, that for the purposes of this survey, you will not need to provide exact record counts or percentages for duplicate patient records, only estimates are requested.
