HBR guide 2022 Missed Opportunities for VaccinationThe “Strengthening implementation of home-based records for maternal, newborn and child health” guide was jointly developed by WHO, UNICEF and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for country programme managers.

The guide aims to provide activities and decision-making tools that strengthen the processes around planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring of home-based records to maximize the benefits for all users: women, parents, caregivers, health workers and programme managers. The guide supports and compliments broader ongoing efforts to strengthen primary health care and health programming.
