Introduction
The term “zero-dose” is used to describe children who are unvaccinated or have not received any routine vaccine, defined as a first dose of a diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis-containing vaccine. MOMENTUM is working to understand the unique challenges faced by zero-dose children and their communities, and the interventions that can effectively reach them. Collectively, these efforts seek to support advocacy and drive strategic decision-making on zero-dose policies and programs by global, regional, and country-level immunization stakeholders. If you’re interested in child health and immunization, MOMENTUM has many zero-dose resources for you! See a few examples below and check out the full list here. |
