Dear Colleague,

Your expertise is crucial to a new global health initiative. PATH11, in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF, is developing improved, evidence-based guidance for the management of refrigerated vehicles in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

Refrigerated vehicles are vital for safely transporting temperature-sensitive products like vaccines and pharmaceuticals in LMICs. Your real-world experience can directly inform future recommendations and policies. We invite you to share your insights on the use, management, maintenance, and procurement of these vehicles by completing our survey in English.  (We are in the process of creating a version Francaise, and will post the link in this thread as soon as it is ready.)

Your valuable input will help ensure the updated guidance meets the needs of health systems and fleet managers around the world.

The survey should take 20–35 minutes to complete and covers:

  • Current use and management of refrigerated vehicles
  • Maintenance strategies and challenges
  • Procurement processes and considerations

If you are not involved in these areas, we would appreciate you forwarding this email to a colleague who may have relevant knowledge or experience.

All responses are confidential and will only be used in aggregate. If you're willing to answer any follow-up questions, you can optionally provide your email within the survey. Additionally, if you have questions or would like to share any examples/documents please feel free to reach me at [email protected].

Thank you for your time and expertise.

Best regards,

Matt Morio
